Ex-MPs from the Opposition Blok Oleksandr Vilkul and Dmytro Kolesnikov are put on the wanted list as ex-prosecutor general Yury Lutsenko reported on Facebook.
Lutsenko reminded that a year ago the regulation committee of the Verkhovna Rada blocked the prosecution of Vilkul and Kolesnikov.
Earlier it was reported that Dmytro Kolesnikov abused official position when he was the head of State Property Agency of Ukraine and committed particular actions, which resulted in the possibility to expropriate the real property, production and lab-household corps of the State Enterprise with the total square of almost 7.000 square meters.
Ex-Chairman of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Oleksandr Vilkul ordered in 2011-2012 to change the special purpose of the land plots of 21 hectares square from the land for agriculture purpose. But in fact the land was in collective ownership of shareholders of two agricultural enterprises of Nikopol area. Vilkul was suspected in the change of the special purpose of 23 land plots of 45 hectares square, which were owned by ART LAND from the agriculture purpose to land of industrial purpose.
On September 3, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine finally amended the Constitution and restricted the immunity of the MPs. 373 lawmakers voted for the bill #7203.
