The man is reported on suspicion.

As we reported earlier, the Steinmeier formula for the settlement of Donbas conflict did not provide for an amnesty for the militants of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk/Luhansk People's Republics."

"There is not a single word about the amnesty, nothing," Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko said.
