The Ukrainian band Go-A, which represents Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest this year, made it to the final of the song contest. Thus, the musicians kept the absolute result for our country - Ukraine has never been in danger of not reaching the final.

It is noteworthy that Australia, the only country besides Ukraine that kept a similar achievement, did not make it to the final.

Together with our country, the winners of the first semi-final - Norway, Israel, Russia, Azerbaijan, Malta, Lithuania, Cyprus, Sweden and Belgium - will compete for victory on May 22.

Eurovision 2021 song contest officially started in Rotterdam on May 16. It will take place from May 18 up to May 22.

Only 34 out of 39 countries participated in the ceremony due to the coronavirus.
