January 20, the names of the participants in the final stage of the national selection for Eurovision 2020, which to be held in Rotterdam, Netherlands, became known. 16 artists participated in the semi-finals – from legendary bands from the 90-ies to absolute beginners, from experienced artists to the new Youtube sensation.


Ukrainian indie-pop group, KissFM Hit of the Year award winners, Young Blood Jagermeister Music Award, two APPS Music & SZIGET finalists, participants in more than 20 music festivals, including Koktebel Jazz Fest, White Nights, Atlas Weekend, Waves Vienna and others.


A young Ukrainian artist and songwriter, performs in the folktronica genre. One of the brightest semifinalists of the National selection for Eurovision-2019, after participating in which he released his debut KHMIL’ album, a synthesis of electronic music, ethnic melodies, and oriental motifs.


The singer, who at the age of five was able to conquer the Ukrainian show business, is a semifinalist of the Voice vocal TV show.

The boy band, which gained wide popularity in 2017 thanks to the Mizh svitamy (Betwwen the worlds) hit, which became the soundtrack to the School TV series. The songs of the group could be often heard in Ukrainian TV shows.


Solo project of Ukrainian singer Olena Levashova in collaboration with music producer Oleksiy Khorolsky. Levashova is the author of her own songs, the vocalist of the Prime Orchestra Symphony Crossover Orchestra and the Manera cover project.

Katya Chilly

Afro-Ukrainian hip-hop project, created in early 2019. Sisters Betty, Mariam and Zion Endale are very proud of their unique cultural background and demonstrate it in their songs and energetic live performances, and their music is a symbiosis of modern genres from trap to hip-hop.

David Axelrod

Famous Ukrainian singer, musician and composer, participant of many vocal talent shows.

Oleksandr Poryadynsky

Singer and composer, author of hits, the youngest winner of the "X-Factor" vocal show. He won the show at the age of 15.


Young musicians from Ternopil, creating music that the whole world listens to. Their hit Believe in a few days entered the top 10 Google Play charts in Ukraine.

Jerry Heil

Singer and bandura player Maryna Krut’ began her musical career fifteen years ago. He works in a unique style, combining an electronic sound and an ancient instrument around his distinctive voice, and often represents Ukraine and modern Ukrainian music at various festivals and showcases.

Elina Ivashchenko

Elina is engaged in music since the age of five. Winner of two popular vocal shows in Ukraine ("X-factor" and "Voice. Children"), radio host, vocal teacher, winner of the Grand Prix of the Black Sea Games - 2018 festival.

The band in its work combined Ukrainian vocals, modern dance beats, African drums, and a powerful guitar drive. Participants of the most famous music festivals (Koktebel Jazz Fest, The Country of the Dreams, GogolFest, and others). Many times represented Ukrainian music in Israel, Poland, and Belarus.

MOONZOO feat. F. M. F. Sure

The collaboration of the Ukrainian electronic group MOONZOO, which works in the style of Sad Dance ("dance music for those who are not happy") and the American rapper F. M. F. Sure. The debut album of MOONZOO at the end of 2018 was immediately called by Ukrainian music media one of the best releases of the year.
