“Due to the sharp increase of diseased and hospitalizations in Lviv, the commission on emergency made a decision: enhanced quarantine is extended until April 12, transport switches to the regime of special transportation. Free pass for privileged groups of people is stopped; all kindergartens switch to the regime of duty groups for children, whose parents work; schools continue education in distant regime; non-food shops and construction materials shop work only for take-out and on preliminary order,” the message said.
Moreover, all non-food and mixed markets will be closed in Lviv. Opening of outdoor areas is postponed until April 12; all cafes and restaurants work only for take-out or delivery. All mass events are banned.
As we reported, quarantine restrictions may be hardened during the lockdown in Kyiv. Kindergartens may be shut down, and even a halt of public transport traffic is possible.
As of March 30, during the past 24, 10,533 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Ukraine. Particularly, 367 children and 250 medical employees got infected. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine: 1,662,942 people got infected; 1,307,076 people recovered; 32,418 lethal cases reported; 8,058,263 PCR tests held.
