The agitation campaign before the second round of voting begins from the next day of appointing the re-elections and ends at 00:00 of the last Friday before the day of re-elections.
On this day, any election campaign is prohibited by law, and the voters can make a free of any influence choice.
Earlier, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine has created 199 district election commissions for the upcoming presidential election on March 31.
The election campaign has officially started on December 31, 2018. Registration of the candidates was closed on February 4, 2019, and on February 9, the final list of presidential candidates appeared.
