Election commission members issue ballots to voters without documents in Zakarpattia

The violent violations spotted in Puznyakivtsi village in Ukraine's Zakarpattia. The members of the election commission issued the ballots to people without passports, as Pershy Kabelny TV Channel reported.

Particularly, it became known that the members of the commission were drunk during work and the local citizens got the ballots without provision of documents.

At the same time, the members of the commission stated that they are, supposedly, authorized for it as “they know everybody personally.”

It is noted that the voters’ turnout at the mentioned polling station was the record-breaking as 396 voters out of 405 voted until the dinner.

As we reported the voters' turnout in the presidential elections in Ukraine was 44,5% as of 3 p.m.

The election campaign has officially started on December 31, 2018. There are 39 candidates in the ballots and over 35.6 million voters. Over 315,000 of the voters changed the place of the registration for voting.
