"DPR" militant sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment in Chernivtsi region

Shevchenkivskiy district court of Chernivtsi Oblast sentenced 29-year-old Makiivka resident to 11 years in prison for engagement with "DPR" terrorist organization, fighting against Ukrainian Armed Forces and law enforcement officers in Donetsk region. This was reported at the website of Chernivtsi Prosecutor’s Office.

Prosecutor’s Office of Chernivtsi region supported public prosecution in terms of proceeding against Makiivka resident, Aleksandr Olekseychuk, for committing crime, provided for in part 1 Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (participation in terrorist organization).
