The so-called Interior Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic stated that after the abolishing of curfew during the New Year holidays, people with Ukrainian passports will be detained as ND reported.

“The Interior Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic confirmed that during the abolishing of curfew on New Year holidays, they will detain people who have Ukrainian passport as a document for identification,” the message said.

Such a decision was explained by the impossibility to ‘check the legitimacy’ of the Ukrainian document.
