According to Klimkin, Ukraine and the US are in close coordination towards the pressure on Russia.

'In fact, we prepared our common view, I and Kurt Volker communicate almost every day but we should understand that the logic of the process is that Russia is excluded and the international component is included. One more meeting is planned in the near future. We are in close coordination and we will constantly pressure. But it is very important for us to have a variant that will provide the falling of Donbas under the international control. It will provide the security and allow holding the election. Other compromises lead to maintenance of the Russian protectorate. It stays away from us and our friends', he said.
