Ukrainian servicemen in Donbas shot down a drone of militants. The UAV crossed the demarcation line, according to the press service of the Ukrainian delegation in the TCG on Donbas.

"Russian armed groups continue to violate the Minsk agreements and the сomplex of additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire. Thus, in the area of the Joint Forces Operation, an enemy UAV that crossed the line of demarcation in Donbas was forced to land by means of electronic warfare," the statement said.

According to the press service of the Ukrainian delegation, it turned out to be a UAV, which belongs to the Russian multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle complex Orlan-10, which is designed to conduct reconnaissance and adjust artillery fire.

Earlier, on October 26, the Ukrainian military in Donbas for the first time used the Bayraktar reconnaissance and strike an unmanned complex. The drone destroyed the militants' howitzer.

Meanwhile, some German media outlets insisted that the usage of drones is prohibited according to the 2014/2015 Minsk ceasefire agreements.

Zelensky also commented on the use of Bayraktar drones in Donbas saying that the Armed Forces defend the territory of Ukraine.
