Donald Tusk, the President of the Council of Europe claimed that the armed Donbas Conflict in Ukraine is the direct consequence of the invasion and aggression of Russia and assured that the EU will never recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea. He claimed this at the press conference on the result of 'Eastern Partnership' summit broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.

'Of course, we remember about the conflict in Ukraine. It is the direct result of the invasion and aggression of Russia against Ukraine. We will never recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea and you can be assured that Europe is always ready to do everything possible to support our partners from Eastern Europe. It is a sovereign right of ever partner to choose the ambition level and goals with which they can build their future', Tusk claimed.
