According to a city council deputy, military officers blocked a street and checking the IDs of men of drafting age

On the night of November 3, Kryva Lypa street in downtown Lviv was blocked by military officers, who checked the IDs of men who can be drafted, city council deputy Igor Zinkevych wrote on Facebook.

He noted that they let go only those who had IDs or a student card for non-distance education. He also said some of the soldiers and the police tried to get inside one of the nightclubs.

Previously police conducted searches in another nightclub, in Kyiv. The searches were operated as the police had a warrant based on the suspicion of there being drugs, which turned out to be true. Then, apart from illegal narcotic substances, the military commissariat staff found 32 people who evaded conscription. They were taken to the military commissariat of Kyiv.
