The medical examination did not confirm that RIA News Head Kyrylo Vyshynsky had a heart attack. He will be returned to Kherson City Court on the court hearing, as Tetyana Tykhonchyk, Crimea’s Prosecutor’s Office Spokesperson, said, Ukrainian News reported.

“We checked his blood pressure, did the cardiogram. Everything is fine,” she noted.

After the doctors revealed that Vyshynsky did not have heart attack, he was taken back to the court to continue considering the question on the extension of the preventive measure – detention in custody.

Earlier, the court session was postponed, as Vyshynsky did not feel well. He said that under his feelings “he had a heart attack”.

On May 15, the SBU considered the detention of the head of RIA News Ukraine agency’s office.

Kremlin has already responded to the incident and called the actions of the SBU outrageous. Also, Russia promised to assume reciprocal measures. Then, the state sent a protest note over searches at the mass media office.

Recently, there are statements about his exchange for the convicted Ukrainians kept in Russia.
