Children over the age of 12 who have received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine can receive a digital Covid certificate, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced on Facebook.
"For children over 12 years of age, after a single dose or full course of vaccination, parents can generate a Covid-certificate in the Diya application. To do this, one of the parents needs to go to the updated application and add a child's birth certificate," the statement reads.
In order to obtain such a certificate, you need to log into Diya; add a child's birth certificate to the app; in the menu "Services" select "Covid-certificates"; the child's certificates will appear in the application together with the adult's documents.
Children from 14 years old can log into Diya using an ID-card or a biometric passport.
As it was reported, on November 1 the Diya application added a function which gives the chance to receive the Covid-certificate by result of the PCR test. As of now it is in the beta testing stage.
