Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov stated that recently some media outlets reported that people who had fought at the front and had the relevant certificates were included in the sanctions list. However, he noted that each person is thoroughly checked, there are no random people in the list. He announced this at a briefing following a meeting of the Council.
"Not a single random person can be included in the sanctions lists. These sanctions lists are checked and verified in advance. Moreover, they are verified in different countries," Danilov said.
The NSDC secretary stressed that all the people on the list are included in it for committing certain crimes.
As we reported earlier, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov stated that President Volodymyr Zelensky's bill on oligarchs is only the first part of a number of legislative acts.
"The law on oligarchs is the primary part of a number of legislative acts. The president has instructed the relevant authorities, and in two weeks you will see the next bills in this area," Danilov said.
