Crimean lawyer Emil Kurbedinov left the temporary detention center in the occupied Simferopol after the administrative arrest, Crimea.Realities news agency reports.
After his release, the lawyer said he was planning to arrive in Moscow on Friday, where he will engage in the case of the Ukrainian sailor captured in the Kerch Strait – Bohdan Nebylytsia.
Last year, on January 2017, Emil Kurbedinov and his fellow Edem Semedlyayev came to support the Saliyev family, the Crimean Tatar activists, whose house was searched by the Russian federal security service. Kurbedinov was detained by the road traffic police before he reached their house.
He was accused of posting photo and video of a rally of Khizb Ut-Takhrir organization in 2013, and detained for 10 days. Then, he was released on February 5.
