Crimea’s Prosecutor’s Office, which is located in Kyiv, as well, as the Russian law enforcement agencies, opened a criminal proceeding on Crimean blast. The preliminary classification is a terrorist attack, as Roman Murachev, the Deputy Head of the Prosecution Section, said at the briefing, 112.ua reported.
“Crimea’s Prosecutor’s Office registered a criminal proceeding on the commission of a terrorist attack. We are checking all the versions. Ukraine’s Security Service was entrusted to do that,” he said.
According to Murachev, the Ukrainian law enforcers are receiving information about a Crimean blast from media and Internet.
Reportedly, a blast hit at Kerch college in occupied Crimea. 18 died reported, 40 injured, most of them are teenagers. The official version is the detonation of an unidentified explosive device. Russian Investigation Committee opened a criminal case on a terrorist act, then, it was reclassified to murder. A student of this college committed this crime. Afterward, he shot himself.
