Crimean blast - Russia reclassifies case to murder

The investigation bodies of the Central Investigation Department of Russia on Crimea reclassified the case on a Crimean blast from a terrorist attack to murder, as the press office of the entity reports.

The investigative group is working, gathering evidence related to the crime, questioning witnesses. Forensic and other expertise reports are scheduled.

Reportedly, an 18-year-old student of the fourth year of college Vladyslav Roslyakov conducted mass murder in Kerch. He himself died.

As of now, Russian Investigation Committee reports 17 dead and 50 injured people. The initial inspection of the body indicates that they died from the gunshots. According to the self-proclaimed acting head of Crimea Sergiy Aksyonov, 18 people died.

The investigation reports that Roslyakov shot up people in the college and then he committed a suicide.

It should be noted that Crimea’s Prosecutor’s Office, located in Kyiv, as well as the Russian law enforcers, opened a criminal proceeding on the explosion in Kerch. A pre-qualification is a terrorist attack.
