The number of people vaccinated against coronavirus has increased rapidly in the "red" zone. This was stated by the country's Chief Sanitary Doctor Ihor Kuzin.

"Over the past few days, when a number of regions entered the "red "zone, the situation began to change. In these regions, the level of vaccination is growing rapidly. And urgent requests for the supply of new batches have appeared," Kuzin said.

According to him, the vaccine will be enough for several months at this rate.

Kuzin also noted that Ukraine has a unique status in the world, because many countries do not allow citizens to choose any type of vaccine.

Meanwhile,Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Ihor Kuzin confirmed that a number of European countries do not allow people vaccinated against coronavirus with CoronaVac.

"There are indeed problems with the CoronaVac vaccine, and we hope that this issue will be resolved in the near future at the level of the European regulator. CoronaVac is recognized in almost 60 countries. We hope that this political component will be deleted from the EU's position," Kuzin said.
