Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 7,729 new cases of Covid-19, including 245 children and 369 healthcare workers. Coronavirus_Info Telegram channel reports it.

2,083 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 144 patients deceased, and 9,792 recovered. 48,700 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (821), Zaporizhzhia (696), Dnipropetrovsk (586), Donetsk (540), Lviv (485) regions.

1,154,692 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine, 857,183 recovered.

Meanwhile, the team of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is dissatisfied with the negotiation process of Health Minister Maksym Stepanov on vaccines against coronavirus.

Currently, the President’s Office has actively joined this process.

According to the message, Pfizer and Moderna companies have been waiting for some requests from the Ukrainian Health Ministry for eight months.

“Pfizer and Moderna have been waiting for eight months for some request from the Health Ministry. How it happened that some other less rich countries succeeded to agree with them; while we failed? This is the question,” the message said.
