Covid hospitals 74% full in Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv region, Covid hospitals are filled with 74.2% of patients with Covid-19, the press service of the Department of Health of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration reports upon request of 112ua.tv.

A total of 5,067 beds for patients with Covid-19 have been deployed in the region. 3,760 of them are in use.

"In health care facilities that provide medical care to patients with coronavirus disease caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, hospital base 5,067 beds, as of November 1, 2021, 3,760 of them are occupied, which is 74.2%," the message reads.

It should be noted that, according to the Ministry of Health, the occupancy of oxygen beds is 65.2% in the Kharkiv region.

The Department of Health of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration noted that patients with Covid-19 are currently treated in 24 medical institutions of the region. Hospitals are fully supplied with oxygen.

"Healthcare facilities that provide medical care to patients with coronavirus disease Covid-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 are fully supplied with oxygen," the response reads.

As it was reported on November 1, the occupancy of Covid hospitals with patients with Covid-19 is 98.33% in Zaporizhia region.

Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 19,455 new cases of coronavirus. Of these, 1,337 new cases are in the Kharkiv region.
