Solomyanskiy District Court of Kyiv will continue the hearing in the case of Roman Nasirov, suspended Head of State Fiscal Service, tomorrow, June 8, at 10 a.m. This was reported by 112 Ukraine TV channel correspondent.

Main debates among parties will be held during trial.

As it was earlier reported, Kyiv court extended restrictive measure for Nasirov for two months.

Nasirov's wife and father-in-law posted the bail for him, thus suspended head of State Fiscal Service was released from prison.

The former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is suspected in abuse of authority and embezzlement of public funds totaling some $74 million. Investigation considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of MP Onyshchenko, groundlessly provided tax obligations by installments for a number of enterprises in terms of "gas case".
