Court to close “DNR representative center” in Czech Republic

The court decision on the start of liquidation procedure has already been received by militants’ representatives

The court of Czech Republic decided to initiate liquidation procedure of the so-called “DNR representative center” on the territory of the country. Such decision was taken by the regional court in Ostrava city, reports Hlidacipes.

According to the agency, the court decision on liquidation was immediately sent to the head of “DNR representative center” Neli Liskova and she received it.

It is noteworthy that country’s Foreign Minister Lubomír Zaorálek took the initiative to close “DNR representative center” in Czech Republic in September 2016. But at that time, the court requested additional information on the case.

 “The Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that creation of this association contradicts the norms of international law mentioned in the Constitution of the Czech Republic, in particular, such as the obligation to respect the territorial integrity of other countries,” the message says.

Earlier it was reported that Greece denied opening of “DNR” representative center. Quasi-republic tell of “opening ceremony” allegedly involving the leader of Popular Union Greek party.

The separatists’ website DAN reported the “opening ceremony” of the “DNR representative center” in Athens, which allegedly took place on March 21.
