Oleksandr Biloborodko, the suspect in the arson of the Hungarian Culture Association of Zakarpattia in Uzhhorod was detained without the right for the bail. The court session for the choosing of the restrictive measure for Volodymyr Kondratenko, the second suspect currently takes place in Uzhhorod City District Court as Ukrinform reported.
Nadiya Heirush, the spokeswoman of the court claimed that Biloborodko will be detained in the custody for two months.
‘Today, the Uzhhorod City District Court chose the restrictive measure for one of two suspects in the arson of the Hungarian Culture Association of Zakarpattia in Uzhhorod on February 27. Consequently, the court sentenced Oleksandr Biloborodko, the citizen of Kropyvnytske, to two months in the custody without the right for the bail. The consideration of the case of second suspect Kondratenko has begun in the same court’, Heirush reported.
Earlier this case was reclassified into the terrorist action. Also, Pavlo Klimkin, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine claimed that Russian provocateurs could be behind the recent attack at the office.
