Shevchenkivskiy district court seized a shopping mall “Gulliver” in Kyiv. This was reported on Facebook by the current Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.
Seizure was made in the investigation of Mikhailovsky Bank funds embezzlement.
"Gulliver" and Mikhailovsky Bank are owned by Viktor Polishchuk.
"During the investigation of Mikhailovsky Bank funds embezzlement it was found that the bank is owned by “Ekosipan" LLC, 92.5% shares of which are owned by Polishchuk. Today, on the proposal of the Kyiv prosecutor's office Shevchenko District Court decided to seize the property of Polishchuk – shopping complex "Gulliver", "- Lutsenko wrote on his page on Facebook on Monday.
