Solomianka district court of Kyiv declined to assign forensic examination for suspended head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov. This was reported by judge Oleksandr Bobrovnyk, according to Ukrainian News.

Thus the defense motion of Fiscal Service Head was rejected.

The court has decided that the health status of suspect allows him to participate in the court hearing.

Earlier it was reported that the court did not manage to choose preventive measure for Nasirov. However, Fiscal Service Head decided to stay in court until trial anyway.

As it is known, the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is suspected in abuse of authority and embezzlement of public funds totaling some $74 million. Investigation considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of MP Onyshchenko, groundlessly provided tax obligations by installments for a number of enterprises in terms of "gas case".
