Court put third attacker on Mustafa Nayem under night house arrest

The arrest will last until June 30

Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv took the third attacker on People's Deputy Mustafa Nayem, Temarbulatov Umolt Ruslanovich under the night house arrest until June 30. Ukrainian Truth agency reported this.

"A 22-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation Temerbulatov Umolt Ruslanovich must stay at his place of residence from 23:00 to 6:00 am until June 30. He has to give his passports and to come at the request of law-enforcers," the statement reads.

As it was reported earlier, in the area of Bessarabska Square in Kyiv on April 30, a people's deputy Mustafa Nayem was beaten. He himself informed about the incident and stressed that the incident is not connected with his political activities.

One of the participants in the beating of the People's Deputy Mustafa Nayem on Bessarabska Square, wanted by the police, flew to Baku (Azerbaijan) 2 hours after the incident. It was reported that he was the one who broke the jaw of the deputy.

The three detainees were charged under Art. 296 Part 2  of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the sanction of which provides for up to 4 years of imprisonment, which is a more severe punishment than that of Article 122 Part 1.
