"The session was postponed on August 29 at 16:30. Today the consideration of the case did not take place. The lawyers and prosecutors came to the courtroom, while Nadia Savchenko did not appear," the correspondent said.
Earlier it was reported that the court should choose the restrictive measure for MP Savchenko.
According to him, at 13:00 the session in the Appeal Court also should take place, during which the appeal of the lawyers on the restrictive measure is going to be considered.
"We were reported that Nadia Savchenko will be sent there at 12:00," the correspondent added.
As we know, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Security Service of Ukraine finished the investigation of the criminal proceeding against Savchenko and Head of the "Officer Corps" Volodymyr Ruban on the suspicion of the terrorism on July 30.
Nadiya Savchenko, MP is suspected of organizing a terrorist act in the Ukrainian Parliament and in the government district of Kyiv. Yuriy Lutsenko, Prosecutor General claimed that he has proof that Savchenko planned an armed coup d'état, which would have brought to mass civilian casualties. In particular, according to the information of Prosecutor General's office, she planned to shell Kyiv from a grenade launcher.
Also, it was reported that non-affiliated MP Nadia Savchenko and Volodymyr Ruban, the Head of 'Officer Corps' planned to attack the cortege of the President of Ukraine with the large caliber sniper rifle.
On July 13, the detention of Savchenko was extended until September 10 and she declared an indefinite hunger strike.
