Kyiv District Administrative Court opened proceedings against the head of President’s Office of Ukraine Andriy Bohdan brought by ex-head of State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety Mykhailo Noniak. The court’s press service reported this.
“Kyiv District Administrative Court opened proceedings in the case upon a lawsuit filed by Mykhailo Noniak against the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Bohdan," the statement said.
Among the plaintiff's claims are: to deem the actions of Andriy Bohdan on initiating disciplinary action against and dismissal of Mykhailo Noniak from the post of the Head of the State Transport Security Service of Ukraine unlawful and forwarding the corresponding letter to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Noniak also asks the court to establish that the head of the President's Office does not have the authority to initiate the issues above.
It is noted that the court will consider the case in simplified procedure litigation without notifying the parties.
