The court prolonged the procedural obligations for Roman Nasirov, former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, until December 14 and allowed him to move around Kyiv region, as the Nashi hroshi inform.
This way, the media writes, the court allowed Nasirov to move around Kyiv and Kyiv region, as he has a house in Kozyn. Previously the former official couldn’t leave the city.
Other obligations remained unchanged: Nasirov’s passports and other documents that allow crossing the border have been seized. He is also to come to the detective, prosecutor, or court at first demand, inform about the change of residence, and abstain from communicating with other suspects on the case.
The former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine is suspected of abuse of authority and embezzlement of public funds totalling some $74 million. The investigation considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of MP Onyshchenko, groundlessly provided tax obligations by instalments for a number of enterprises in terms of "gas case".
