"The Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court upheld the decision of the trial court and left Svitlana Kondzelya under house arrest. At the same time, the prosecutor filed a motion for re-election of the restraint for the suspect in custody with the possibility of making a deposit of more than $300 thousand," – correspondent noted.

The prosecutor argued that Kondzelya could destroy documents, hide from the investigating authorities and meet with other members of an organized group.
