Ukraine’s Supreme Economic Court on Wednesday upheld the decisions of economic courts according to which Heavenly Hundred Square land plots are the property of Kyivans. This was reported by the press service of Kyiv city state administration.
"The court declined the complaint of real estate developer representatives on the grounds of lack of evidence," the report said.
"The city together with the prosecutor's office defended in court the return of this land since 2014," the administration noted.
As it was reported earlier Heavenly Hundred memorial in Kyiv will be temporarily dismantled. That is necessary during the period of investigatory experiments in the case of murders of Euromaidan protesters.
