Solomianka district court of Kyiv postponed the consideration of requests by Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) regarding preventive measure towards Mykola Martynenko for this morning, according to Ukrinform.

The headring was deferred to 10 a.m., according to Liga.

Prosecutors, who expressed the need to review the statements of people’s deputies, requested to postpone the session, Strana reports.

Earlier 15 people’s deputies and 4 incumbent ministers wrote their statements to Solomianka district court of Kyiv to take Martynenko on parole.

It is noteworthy that the hearing on choosing preventive measure for ex-deputy Martynenko on April 20 started with almost 4 hour delay.

Ex-MP was handed notice of suspicion yesterday, April 20. He is suspected of embezzling funds of Eastern mining and processing plant state enterprise (Vostgok). 

NABU representative told that this is about purchase scheme of uranium concentrate at higher prices. "As the investigation established, acquisition was made though mediator company, controlled by former MP. State enterprise inflicted losses on more than $17 million as a result of this scheme."

Former MP Mykola Martynenko was detained by National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) detectives on April 20.

Fugivite MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko also published recording with Mykola Martynenko in Spain earlier.
