Solomianka district court of Kyiv postponed the consideration of requests by Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) regarding preventive measure towards Mykola Martynenko for this morning, according to Ukrinform.
The headring was deferred to 10 a.m., according to Liga.
Prosecutors, who expressed the need to review the statements of people’s deputies, requested to postpone the session, Strana reports.
Earlier 15 people’s deputies and 4 incumbent ministers wrote their statements to Solomianka district court of Kyiv to take Martynenko on parole.
It is noteworthy that the hearing on choosing preventive measure for ex-deputy Martynenko on April 20 started with almost 4 hour delay.
