The questioning of four workers of the Department of State Guard of Ukraine is planned for today. The questioning will be held without the video-broadcasting, photo- and video-recording due to the request of the workers.

'The court informs the partakers of the process that four witnesses from the prosecution came to court; particularly they are the military of the Department of State Guard. They filed the requests to the court asking to take into consideration that they are current workers of the State Guard Department and stop the photo- and video-recording during the court session to provide their and their families safety', Vladyslav Deviatko, the chief judge explained.

The Prosecutor's Office agreed to this term while the defense stood against this. However, the judicial panel decided to stop the video-broadcasting of the court session during the questioning and limit the photo- and video-recording in the courtroom and not to remove all present people after the session.
