Kyiv District Administrative Court repealed entry ban for a Russian citizen Igor Shuvalov on April 8, as Detector Media reported.

The Judge of Kyiv District Administrative Court Karakashyan found the entry ban for the Russian citizen Igor Shuvalov illegal and satisfied his lawsuit against Ukraine’s State Migration Service.

As it was reported, on May 22, 2017 expelled Deputy Director on the development of the Information Systems company which makes news programs for Inter TV channel. He was prohibited from entering Ukraine for five years.

The court found illegal the order of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) to ban entry to Ukraine for Russian actor Fyodor Dobronravov and canceled it.

Earlier, in November 2017 Ukraine’s Security Service banned Fyodor Donbronravov from entering Ukraine for three years for his anti-Ukrainian statements and support of Crimea’s annexation. He also visited the peninsula after occupation multiple times.

Later, the Culture of Ministry included the actor in the blacklist. He became the 114th person in the list of the people who threaten the national security of the state. Therefore, Ukraine’s State Film Agency banned screening of Svaty series (“co-parents-in-law” in English, - ed.) with his participation.
