The court remains the second suspect in the murder of Donbas Conflict veteran in Berdyansk in the custody as 112 Ukraine reported.
According to the court, 37-years-old Mykola Lomaka is arrested for 60 days without a right for a bail. He will be transferred to the remand center of Zaporizhia.
The suspected pleaded not guilty at the court and his lawyer claimed that there is not enough evidence for the accusation of his client.
The prosecution launched the personal resentment and the conflict of the interests in business as the main line of enquiry.
Earlier Berdyansk Court has arrested one of the suspects in the murder of former Donbas Conflict veteran Vitaly Oleshko for 60 days. It was specified that Artem Matyushyn noted that he is not involved in the murder and was on vacation with the friends.
