The court allowed Dobkin to leave Kharkiv and Kyiv without investigator’s permission.
Besides, the court prolonged the Dobkin’s obligation to report to the investigator on his location at first call.
As we reported earlier, Pechersk District Court of Kyiv decided to take people's deputy from the Opposition Block faction Mykhailo Dobkin into custody for two months and set the amount of bail of 50 million UAH on July 15. Later Dobkin said that Vadym Novynsky people’s deputy from the Opposition Bloc posted a part of the bail for him – 30 million UAH, and Borys Kolesnikov, former Vice-Prime Minister, posted the second part – 20 million UAH.
Dobkin was suspected of criminal violations under the articles on abuse of power or authority and on fraud of Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As it was reported, Kyiv Appeal Court upheld the preventive punishment for Dobkin in the form of arrest and release on bail of 50 million UAH on September 4.
