Economic Court of Kyiv satisfied the claim of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine towards Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom on the forced recovery of fines, penalties, and commitment to achieve the committee's decision and stop violating the antimonopoly legislation. It was reported by the press-service of the AMC.

"The total amount of penalties is more than 6.6 billion USD, since the size of penalties for late payment of the fine imposed by decision of the Committee, amounts to $ 3.3 billion," the statement said.

The Anti-Monopoly Committee filed a lawsuit on force recovery of fine and penalties from the Russian company on October 5.
