Earlier, citing sources, it was reported that four judges of the Constitutional Court, who did not vote in favor of the decision on anti-corruption legislation, refused to participate in the hearings of the Grand Chamber of the Court. The reason for the refusal was the publication of the draft decision of the Constitutional Court on the interpretation of the concept of "land" by one of the judges.

As we reported, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine stated that any decision is made concerning the possible recognition of the land reform as unconstitutional.

“The Constitutional Court of Ukraine consider the constitutional procedure on the submission of 48 MPs of Ukraine toward the conformity with the Constitution of Ukraine of the law on the amendment of some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning the conditions of agriculture land turnover and particular paragraphs of the Land Code of Ukraine,” the message informs.
