A meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Presidents of Poland and Ukraine will be held in Krakow on Friday, November 17. This was stated by the co-chairman of the committee from the Polish side Krzysztof Szczerski, reports Dzieje.pl.
"A meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Presidents of Poland and Ukraine will be held on Friday in Krakow," Szczerski said.
Krzysztof Szczerski will head a delegation from Poland. Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Kostyantyn Yeliseyev will head the Ukrainian delegation. According to Szczerski, the meeting will also be attended by representatives of the foreign ministries of both countries and advisers to the presidents of Poland and Ukraine.
"The topics of the meeting will be bilateral issues and preparations for the Eastern Partnership summit," he stressed.
The meeting was agreed upon by Presidents Andrzej Duda and Petro Poroshenko during a telephone call on Saturday.
The extraordinary meeting of the Consultative Committee of the Presidents of Ukraine and Poland was initiated by the Ukrainian President.
As it was reported earlier the acceptance of the historical truth is very important for the building of the good neighborly relations between Ukraine and Poland, Polish President Andrzej Duda said.
