Clashes at LGBT rally: Number of detainees grows

The law enforcers detained 12 people

12 people were detained as a result of clashes during the LGBT rally near the President’s Office. The administrative protocols were compiled against them as the National Police of Kyiv reported.

Thus, initially, the police reported two detainees.

However, the number of perpetrators increased until the evening. Ten more people were detained.

“The police officers compiled administrative protocols against two persons for disorderly conduct, against eight people for malicious disobedience to legal order or demand of a police officer, member of public formation on protection of the public order or state border,” the message says.

The rally of the LGBT community takes place near the President’s Office in Kyiv. As we reported, the suspicious item was found near the entrance to the Office of the President in Kyiv. It was considered that the office is mined. Later, the police belied this information.
