Central Election Commission terminates prematurely 5 MPs' mandates

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has terminated prematurely the term of office of 5 members of the political party Servant of the People. The legislators were chosen on the snap parliamentary elections on July 21, 2019. This was reported by the press service of the CEC.

The Commission terminated the mandates of Denys Maliuska, Oleksii Orzhel, Vladyslav Krykliy, Hanna Novosad and Mykhailo Fedorov. 

It is noted that they applied personal statements about terminating of mandates.

According to the decision of the Election Commission, the lawmakers will be replaced with Anatoliy Ostapenko, Tetiana Tsyba, Ivan Kalaur, Yulia Hryshyna and Olha Rudenko. 

Earlier, the Central Election Commission finished the registration of MPs of Ukraine elected at the early parliamentary elections

Particularly, the commission registered 29 lawmakers at the session on August 28: 15 MPs elected at the multi-member constituencies and 14 elected at the single-member constituencies. 

As we reported earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky had instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to draw up a bill on land market by October, and entrusted the Verkhovna Rada to adopt it and lift the moratorium on agricultural land sale by December 2019.
