A car exploded in Dnipro city, southeastern Ukraine. Two people deceased in the blast, both of them were inside the vehicle at the moment. A correspondent reported that on air of Pershiy Nezalezhniy TV channel.
"It all hapened at about 9 a.m. The car was parked next to the five-story house. The blast was so strong it shattered the window glass on the lower floors.
It's currrently unknown what actually caused the explosion. The incident may be defined as terrorist act; that's a preliminary assessment.
Currently, experts, operatives, medics and rescue team members are on site. There were two vehicles of the State Emergency Agency; they put out the fire.
Earlier, an explosion thundered at an oil depot in the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, which is controlled by the militants. This is reported by Interfax with reference to head of the occupation administration of the city Olexiy Kulemzin.
The reason for the explosion was an explosive device that was dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle, Interfax writes, citing a source close to the Donbas investigative bodies.
