Russian Interfax News Agency reports that the suggested date of the prisoners exchange between Russia and Ukraine is September 7, referring to its own "informed source". 

According to the source, Moscow and Kyiv agreed on the exchange "35 on 35", but the formula can be changed and negotiations will be held up to that date. 

24 sailors arrested in the Kerch Strait are on the list, including director Oleg Sentsov. 

It remains a question whether Russia will let Ukrainian prisoners Stanislav Klykh and Mykola Karpyuk be exchanged. As we reported, the captives are сonvicted long-term for alleged involvement in the terroristic acts in Chechnya.

Earlier, MP and Chairman of Political Council of Opposition Platform - For Life party Viktor Medvemdchuk visited Karpyuk and Klykh against the background of the fake exchange. Later, Putin stated that they had a "special" position relating to the extradition of the political prisoners. 

The extradition of two workers of the State Security Service of Ukraine detained after the Kerch incident and accused in managing three Ukrainian ships is also discussed, as the conversationalist of the agency added.

According to the representative of Interfax News Agency, Ukraine is going to extradite RIA News CEO Kyrylo Vyshynsky accused in high treason, MH17 case witness Volodymyr Tsemakh and former servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Maksym Odintsov and Oleksandr Baranov condemned by high treason and desertion.
