‘I understand that it is difficult for every Ukrainian family to pay the bills. Although, I want to say that we started negotiations by equalizing prices by 60%, increasing by 60% from the current price. But as a result of our negotiations and compromise, we found a different approach. From November 1, gas prices will grow only by 23.5 percent, not 60. This is what we managed to achieve with incredible efforts as a result of these negotiations,’ Groysman claimed.

The relevant decision was positively voted by all MPs.
