The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the financial plan for the Ukrhidroenerho, state company of Ukraine that administers a cascade of major hydropower plants along Dnipro and Dniester rivers, for 2020. According to the plan, the net profit of the company will make $221,6 million. The appropriate plan was approved during the session of the Ukrainian government.
It is reported that the profit from the company's sales will make $542,2 million while the cost of sales will make $229,6 million. The gross profit of Ukrhidroenerho might amount to $281 million for 2020.
It stands to mention that the company is going to reconstruct the hydroelectric power station and finish the building of the first of them. Ukrhidroenerho is also planning to start the building of the second and the third lines of Dnistrovska pumped hydroelectric energy storage. The costs are expected to be about $237,5 million.
The company administers most of the major power plants.
