Businessmen protests against lockdown in Kyiv

Businessmen are protesting against the strict quarantine in Kyiv on Independence Square on March 22. This was reported by UNIAN.

Several hundred people gathered on Maidan. The participants of the event proclaim the slogans "Enterprises must exist" and "Quarantine should not be selective".

According to Segodnya, buses with security officers were spotted at the rally site.

The SaveFOP movement, which is holding a rally today and opposes the lockdown, is currently moving along Khreshchatyk towards Bankova Street, through Kyiv City State Administration. They will come up to the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to Google Maps, traffic on Khreshchatyk is currently restricted.

Earlier, it was reported that strict quarantine restrictions were introduced in Kyiv on March 20. The work of cultural facilities, shopping malls and holding of mass events is banned.
