The Verkhovna Rada

Officers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine handed Yulia Tymoshenko, former Prime Minister and current leader of All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland", an administrative protocol on illegal crossing of the state border at Shegyni checkpoint on September 10. The Ukrainian News obtained the information from their source in law enforcement bodies.

“The protocol has been handed directly to Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko,” the source said.

The source also added that the Motysky district court of Lviv region will hold a hearing on the protocol soon.

As Press Secretary of the Border Guard Service told Interfax-Ukraine, Tymoshenko was the third MP to be handed a protocol, but he didn't name the first two.

As it was reported earlier, the former Georgian leader illegally crossed the Ukrainian border via Shegyni checkpoint. The crowd of at least 60 people, including five MPs, literally carried Saakashvili through the checkpoint, getting into a fight with law enforcers.

Five Ukrainian MPs broke the border with Saakashvili: Yulia Timoshenko, Serhiy Vlasenko, Yuriy Derevianko, Pavlo Kostenko, and Dmytro Dobrodomov.
