Bloomberg, an American news agency, did not map Crimea as Ukrainian.
The information was dedicated to the elections in the developing countries. The territory of Ukraine is painted over in yellow as a reminder that the elections in the country take place in 2019. Russia is charcoal-grey – the elections here has already been conducted. Crimea was painted in a neutral bright grey.
Ukraine’s Embassy in the U.S. urged the news agency to correct the map and “not to play in aggressive games and propaganda”.
Later, Bloomberg deleted the infographics temporarily and promised to remove the inaccuracies.
